MERCURIO is a software system produced by Studio Systema, specifically devoted to management and rental activities for fleets of cars / business vehicles / equipments.

The product, designed for Microsoft Windows, is aimed at all companies that make renting activity for forklift trucks, aerial platforms, power generators, industrial vehicles and much more.
Specific verticalizations cover special needs of companies engaged in rental with driver or companies that hire equipments and services for cinema industry.

The software, calibrated on the size of the fleet of business vehicles/equipments managed, enables the complete management of vacancies and rental contracts, the planning of rentals ongoing and planned, as well as the operational management of rental starting from equipment exit  until its return, with automatic generation of Waybill, Cards for exit / return, Billing.
The system is able to manage all maintenance activities and all deadlines related to the vehicles / equipment. The reports produced, Excel and PDF format, are full of statistical information and completely customizable. Special dashboards are devoted to monitor constantly many different indicators of rental activities, including cost-effectiveness reports for vehicles and equipment or the performance of revenue for customers.
